Job Overview

Taj Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital marketing, with expertise in social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), and email marketing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage Social Media Presence: Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Optimize Website for Search Engines: Ensure the company website is optimized for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Analyze and Report on Marketing Metrics: Track and analyze key marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.
Requirements
  • Masters in Marketing: A graduate degree in marketing or a related field is required.
  • 5+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing is required.
  • Expertise in Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, and HubSpot.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
