Senior Technology Leadership Position

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to spearhead our technology division. As a senior executive, you will be responsible for driving strategic vision, technical expertise, and proven experience in building high-performing IT teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, aligns tech initiatives with business objectives, and has hands-on experience designing scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Technical Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive technical strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead IT Teams: Mentor and lead cross-functional IT teams (software, infrastructure, DevOps, etc.) to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
  • Evaluate and Implement New Systems: Assess and deploy new systems, tools, and infrastructure to enhance productivity and system security.
  • Ensure System Security: Oversee end-to-end management of system security, data integrity, and compliance across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with Key Departments: Partner with departments to optimize workflows and drive digital transformation.
  • Oversee Software Development Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end development process from conception to deployment.
  • Drive Innovation: Integrate AI, automation, and ERP solutions to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • IT Leadership Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in IT leadership roles with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software architecture, databases, and system integrations.
  • ERP Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems, infrastructure planning, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or equivalent).
  • Strategic Thinking: Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing or Supply Chain Experience: Experience working with manufacturing or supply chain-related systems.
  • ERP Familiarity: Familiarity with Odoo, SAP, or Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • AI or Automation Exposure: Exposure to AI or automation technologies.
