Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Finance Administrator.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious, resilient and talented individual who wants to make a real impact in the financial sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our expanding business by assisting the Credit Control function with query resolution, debt chasing, email management and phone calls.

As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with other departments to resolve queries and ensure that invoices are produced to meet client requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with daily correspondence efficiently
  • Processing invoices with correct purchase order numbers within agreed timeframes
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times and using discretion where necessary
  • Ensuring invoices are produced to meet client requirements with relevant information
  • Making and receiving phone calls
  • Providing cover for the department when required
  • General adhoc duties
  • Timely issue of statements and reminder letters in accordance with company credit control procedure
  • Ensuring debt is collected within agreed payment terms
  • Logging details of queries on system for disputed invoices
  • Liaising with relevant department to resolve queries
