Operations Excellence Specialist

Sourcing Operations Executive plays a crucial role in driving the vision of becoming the industry's most agile, competitive, digitalized, and clean supply base.

  • Collaborate with functional counterparts for day-to-day operations management, ensuring operational excellence across various departments.
  • Manage production, quality, production availability, and manufacturing efficiency independently, escalating critical issues to mitigate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with factory management, applying appropriate resources and strategies to achieve operational excellence.
  • Implement best practices and directives in responsible factories, influencing middle management to meet production objectives.
  • Conduct daily decision-making within a defined scope, balancing risks and supporting complex issue management.
  • Validate capacity offers, monitor availability performance, and ensure timely delivery under constraints.
  • Support sampling processes for product development, collaborating with Tier 1 suppliers on quality assurance.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Facilitate feedback from production to development, sharing improvements and best practices.

Key Relationships:

  • Global Sourcing, Product Operations, and other Global Functions: Social & Environmental Affairs, Government Affairs.
  • External stakeholders: Sourcing Suppliers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Analyze complex production challenges, making sound decisions and maintaining high standards.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and teamwork skills in multidimensional environments.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Requisite Education and Experience:

  • University degree in product creation or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in similar roles.
