Marketing Communications Officer Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Officer to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services, creating engaging content across various platforms, managing the production of marketing materials, and monitoring campaign effectiveness.

This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and project management abilities. Proficiency in English is required, with Urdu language skills being an advantage.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and partner universities.
  • Create and distribute engaging content across various platforms, including social media, email, and print.
  • Manage the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Responsibilities
  1. Organize educational fairs and other promotional events, ensuring successful execution from planning to post-event evaluation.
  2. Choose appropriate venues for events, negotiate venue fees, and manage logistics.
  3. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure all event needs are met.
  4. Promote events through various marketing channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successful event management and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Urdu language skills are an advantage.
