About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to lead our country-wide admin team in providing company-wide administrative support to all departments and divisions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent administration skills, including ability to multitask, effective communication skills, and excellent negotiation skills.

A key aspect of this role is managing office leasing, legal, and regulatory affairs, as well as ensuring timely registration and renewal of company principals' registration.

Additionally, the Administration Manager will be responsible for monitoring building maintenance, cleanliness, and security requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure proper policy and procedure compliance at all offices/branches.

They will also be responsible for forecasting and arranging for future infrastructural needs, space, and safety requirements of the organization.

Other key responsibilities include supervising petty cash usage nationwide, maintaining a strong check on fueling, attendance, leaves, insurance, travel, and EOBI records.
