Office Support Specialist

About This Role

This position involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment. You will also assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, as well as coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment; assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events;
  • Facilities Management: Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services;
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and office communications;
  • Organizational Support: Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital);
  • HR Support: Assist HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records;
  • Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and office documentation;
  • Budgeting: Manage office budgets and expenses;
  • IT Support: Act as the point of contact for IT support, external vendors, and clients;
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with office policies and safety regulations.
