Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Large Language Model Developer to lead the development of custom large language models tailored to our specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement custom LLMs that align with our strategic goals, leveraging machine learning and natural language processing expertise.
  2. Fine-tune pre-existing models on domain-specific datasets to enhance performance and relevance.
Data Management:
  1. Collect high-quality datasets for training and evaluating LLMs, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  2. Implement data augmentation and cleaning techniques to improve data quality and reduce bias.
Model Training and Optimization:
  1. Conduct experiments to optimize model architectures and hyperparameters for improved accuracy and efficiency, utilizing cloud-based resources.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for model deployment and integration into existing systems.
Performance Evaluation:
  1. Develop metrics and benchmarks to evaluate model performance, ensuring they meet defined KPIs and drive business value.
  2. Conduct regular assessments and iterative improvements based on feedback and testing, driving continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Integration:
  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for LLM integration into existing systems and applications.
  2. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on AI-related projects, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Research and Innovation:
  1. Stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning technologies, applying new insights to drive innovation.
  2. Propose innovative solutions and applications of LLMs to drive business value and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying LLMs or similar AI models, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, along with experience in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Solid understanding of natural language processing concepts and techniques, with a focus on practical application.
  • Experience with data management and preprocessing techniques for NLP tasks, including data augmentation and cleaning.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and tools for model training and deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear and concise communication.
