**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Large Language Model Specialist to lead the development of custom large language models tailored to our specific business needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and software development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement custom LLMs that align with our strategic goals.
  2. Fine-tune pre-existing models on domain-specific datasets to enhance performance and relevance.
Data Management
  1. Collect high-quality datasets for training and evaluating LLMs.
  2. Implement data augmentation and cleaning techniques to improve data quality.
Model Training and Optimization
  1. Conduct experiments to optimize model architectures and hyperparameters for improved accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Utilize cloud-based resources for model training, ensuring scalability.
Performance Evaluation
  1. Develop metrics and benchmarks to evaluate model performance, ensuring they meet defined KPIs.
  2. Conduct regular assessments and iterative improvements based on feedback and testing.
Collaboration and Integration
  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for LLM integration into existing systems and applications.
  2. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on AI-related projects.
Research and Innovation
  1. Stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning technologies.
  2. Propose innovative solutions and applications of LLMs to drive business value.
Documentation and Reporting
  1. Document processes, models, and methodologies for knowledge-sharing and compliance purposes.
  2. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying LLMs or similar AI models.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, along with experience in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Solid understanding of natural language processing concepts and techniques.
  • Experience with data management and preprocessing techniques for NLP tasks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and tools for model training and deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
