The Role:

  • Manage and optimize Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns with clear key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Understand the science behind paid ads and the psychology behind buyer journeys.

  • Develop and execute strategies that drive conversions and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Paid media expertise, including campaign setup, targeting, and optimization.

  • Creative and copy alignment skills, including collaboration with designers and testing strategies.

  • Analytics proficiency, including reporting, attribution modeling, and forecasting.

Evaluation Criteria:

  • Share performance screenshots showcasing return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per lead (CPL), and customer acquisition cost (CAC).

  • Submit case studies demonstrating campaign success through creative testing and optimization.

  • Provide examples of how your insights or reports turned campaigns around.
