Job Title: Dedicated Support Associate

We are searching for a highly organized and skilled professional to manage daily operations and client communications. This role requires someone who can efficiently handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain effective relationships with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations, ensuring seamless communication and task completion
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements:
• Age: 25 years or older
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Pak Time)
• Devices: Laptop with stable internet connection and electricity backup (in case of loadshedding)

Education and Experience:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field
• Experience: Previous working experience with international clients, preferably in customer service, virtual assistance, social media, or sales
