We are looking for a New Business Growth Executive to spearhead our international and local projects.
Job Specification:- Bid Management: Manage online bids through Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms to secure new business opportunities.
- Revenue Generation: Develop effective strategies to generate new business, branding, and client contacts.
- Requirements Analysis: Identify client requirements, propose suitable solutions, and coordinate with freelancers or teams to deliver accurate quotes.
- Proposal Writing: Craft compelling proposals, RFP responses, and finalize deals on behalf of the company or freelancer.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their technical needs.
- Competitor Tracking: Monitor competitor activities.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure delivery and service quality norms are met and exceeded.
- Online Marketplace Bidding: Place daily bids in online marketplaces for project opportunities.
- International Client Handling: Deal with international clients.
- Lead Identification: Identify new leads.
- Technical Query Handling: Address client technical queries and make informed decisions based on communication.
- Project Opportunities: Communicate new project opportunities to existing and potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Have good knowledge of IT services and sales/marketing experience.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate good interpersonal skills for account handling and relationship building.
- Proactivity: Be proactive and possess excellent convincing skills.
