Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3 years of experience in the Accounting industry for a remote position.

  1. Analyze business requirements and develop effective HR strategies to drive employee engagement and retention.
  2. Manage the recruitment process, including onboarding new employees to ensure a seamless transition into our team.
  3. Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training programs to promote a positive work environment and support employee growth.
  4. Provide guidance and support to management on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  5. Maintain compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations to minimize risk and optimize our operations.
Key Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Lead or similar role with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
