Global Sales and Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Global Sales and Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing multiple client interactions simultaneously with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and timely responses.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly via chat.
  • Prior experience in sales, especially in the gaming, graphics or digital media sectors (preferred).
  • Ability to work evening shifts to cover international markets.
  • Passion for gaming, creative design and digital products.

Client Engagement and Support

  • Engage with international clients through chat to offer custom gaming characters and graphics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Business Development and Growth

  • Drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategic plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and offer suggestions to meet or exceed sales targets.
