Job Title: Loans Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Loans Operations Specialist to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and manage offshored processes, ensuring compliance with service levels and quality standards through effective monitoring and reconciliation.
  2. Lead collaboration with offshore teams and provide operational support, driving efficiency and productivity.
  3. Track and resolve incidents promptly, conducting root cause analysis and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
  4. Ensure accurate transaction processing in line with banking regulations and policies, maintaining high levels of integrity.
  5. Provide expertise for project initiatives and drive management reporting and data analytics, informing business decisions.
  6. Lead digitization efforts, streamlining processes and improving overall performance.
  7. Assist corporate clients, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  8. Manage team development, engagement, and succession planning, fostering a positive work environment.
  9. Perform additional duties as required, contributing to the success of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Loan Operations and reporting, with a strong understanding of industry standards.
  • A proactive self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of loan control, administration, and reporting standards, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated initiative in devising strategies, delivering value-added support, identifying problems, and proposing solutions, driving continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
