To effectively manage a showroom, key responsibilities include maintaining the work area according to established 5S standards on a daily basis.

Regularly monitoring sales executive activities and assigning targets for sales and recovery on a daily basis, while strictly overseeing their achievement.

Daily inspection of hire purchase files from customers as per company SOP.

Daily verification of outside collections receipts from sales executives.

Maintaining oversight of the showroom accountant's activities and ensuring timely deposit of all daily collections into bank accounts.

Registration of hire purchase motorcycles with the excise department and preparation of necessary documents.

Reporting regional office regarding showroom activities on a daily basis.

Additional tasks may be assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience:

Candidates should hold an MBA with at least two years of relevant experience.

B.Com / M.Com / BBA or M.A with a minimum of five years of relevant experience is also acceptable.

Age:

The ideal candidate should not exceed thirty-two years in age.

Location:

This position is based in Peshawar and requires full-time commitment.
