The Cafe Manager is responsible for the daily operations of a busy cafe. This includes overseeing all aspects of the business, from customer service to inventory management.

  • Operations and Logistics: Develop and implement cafe policies and procedures, ensuring that shift supervisors and baristas adhere to all standards and maintain product quality and guest services. ">
  • Hiring and Training: Responsible for hiring, firing, training, and conducting performance reviews for shift supervisors and baristas. ">
  • Supply Chain Management: Assist the Operations Manager with placing orders for supplies required for the cafe. ">
