We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist to spearhead our business expansion efforts.

Job Overview:

As a Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through identifying and engaging high-value prospects. You will work independently to develop and execute targeted strategies that meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute outreach initiatives to proactively source potential leads.
  • Utilize tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft to identify and connect with key decision-makers.
  • Map the buyer journey, identify key trigger points, and create segmented prospect lists for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Design and execute ABM initiatives using multi-channel approaches.
  • Conduct product demos, initiate early conversations, and build rapport with prospects.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including account executives and marketers.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Mentor junior business development professionals and refine messaging and outreach processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree; business, marketing, or IT backgrounds preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales roles within a tech environment.
  • Proven track record of success in cold calling and engaging C-level or senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to performance improvement.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with CRM and lead generation tools.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
