Software Developer Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled software developer to join our team.

As a key contributor to the design, development, and maintenance of core applications, you will work independently and collaboratively on complex projects. Your expertise in Go and Java will help build robust and scalable systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, with a strong understanding of software design patterns and principles. You will be responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality software applications using Go and Java.

Additionally, you will be working closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication of technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Software Development: Develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable software applications using Go and Java, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  2. Database Management: Design and implement efficient and robust database solutions leveraging relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  3. Cloud Infrastructure: Work with cloud providers utilizing services like EC2, S3, Lambda, etc. Contribute to the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
  4. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Effectively debug and resolve software issues.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. 3-5 years of professional software development experience, with experience in Go and Java.
  3. Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  4. Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  5. Familiarity with AWS services.
  6. Understanding of software design patterns and principles.
  7. Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
  8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
