**Job Overview:**

We are looking for a highly skilled Mechnical Operations Manager to lead our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our mechanical systems and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical engineering, with at least 10 years of experience in managing maintenance operations. They will also be proficient in using CMMS software and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to optimize system performance.
  • Lead a team of maintenance engineers to ensure effective coordination between departments.
  • Analyze and resolve complex maintenance issues to minimize disruptions to operations.

**Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. At least 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
