Job Responsibilities
  1. Ensure efficient and effective repair & maintenance of machines, systems & buildings of the company.
  2. Plan, budget, and support projects at factories and departments in liaison with users, interdepartmental parties, and third parties consistent with standards and departmental objectives.
  3. Manage preparation of cost estimates based on material, equipment, process, and facility specifications by arranging bids and information from vendors, consulting engineers, and contractors.
  4. Coordinate, monitor, and control project running in liaison with relevant parties, reviewing submittals/shop drawings, monitoring schedules, supervising contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with design, specifications, and timelines.
  5. Prepare and maintain records of internal documents related to projects, including specifications, drawings, work scopes, purchase requisitions, and progress reviews.
  6. Participate and support in preparation of cash flow estimates for annual/LRP project budget planning and reporting.
  7. Prepare and report monthly Capex cash flow spending/projections in liaison with project controllers.
  8. Support factories for implementation of preventive machinery/equipment maintenance services and troubleshooting.
  9. Ensure continuous support to all departments for mechanical installations/equipment for projects and maintenance activities.
  10. Coordinate and implement mechanical installations or modifications of equipment/machines to ensure efficiency and compliance with factory needs.
  11. Lead and supervise a skilled team of engineers & technicians, maintaining liaison between engineers and other departments.
  12. Keep abreast of technological developments in plant maintenance engineering.
  13. Prepare engineering and mechanical standards, and coordinate annual & unforeseen turnaround activities.
  14. Recommend cost-effective solutions or improvement opportunities.
  15. Participate in achieving production plans by ensuring operational machinery performance and supporting production units in waste reduction.
