About the Role

You'll be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to specific hiring needs, ensuring timely and efficient delivery in alignment with established processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Designing and implementing sourcing strategies.
  • Ensuring timely and efficient recruitment delivery.
  • Demonstrating impactful communication across various stakeholder levels.
  • Monitoring hiring trends and analyzing competitors to inform data-driven strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Talent Acquisition expert leading end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • International Recruitment experience is a strong advantage.
  • Skilled in designing effective hiring strategies, executing targeted headhunting, and leveraging multiple sourcing channels.
  • Committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Proven ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders across global teams.
