
Sales Performance Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving set targets within projected timelines by monitoring and evaluating the market situation on a quarterly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate local markets within the territory, analyzing competitive information and strategies to inform short and long-term sales plans.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maintain existing clientele and attract new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of high-quality sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
- Ensure all appointments and proposals showcase the company in a professional and competitive light, securing new business within agreed pricing ranges.
- Update and expand the customer database, ensuring inclusion on tender lists for major potential clients.
- Liaise with program management for implementation and hand-over plans of sold business.
Account Management:
- Travel to implement programs for local clients in Pakistan.
- Align processes to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
- Improve profitability and customer contribution.
- Demonstrate teamwork and passion for understanding customer needs.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to participate in group meetings and facilitate discussions.
- Knowledge of federal and provincial employment laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
