Job Description

  • A Security Officer is required to ensure the plant's security and administrative needs are met. The officer will work closely with staff to monitor drills, supervise fire-fighting staff, and maintain office administration.

 

Key Responsibilities:

">
  1. Administrative Initiative: Supervise admin staff, fire-fighting staff, Janitorial/Sanitation/Horticulture/Guarding Staff of the plant and monitor drills.
  2. Organizational Effectiveness & Development: Provide support in implementing structural improvements and functional reorganization to achieve business strategy and organization.
  3. Security Operations: Work closely with Security & Admin staff to ensure timely delivery of security reports and resolve issues/queries.
  4. Cultural Transformation: Represent Security & Admin department on various local, regional, and corporate platforms and act as liaison to ensure company values are well embedded at Plant site.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree: F.A preferable Graduate
  • Work experience: Ex-Army or Police Officer as Commanding Officer
  • English fluency, both written and spoken

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Training on counter terrorism from CTD - Punjab Police or Pak Army
  • Knowledge of Implementation & Monitoring of Integrated Management System
