Job Overview

This role is a critical component of our organization, responsible for overseeing the administration and security functions within our facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing action plans to improve identified areas, supervising security staff, and monitoring fire safety protocols. Additionally, they will ensure timely notifications are raised for maintenance jobs, check wastewater disposal systems, and arrange uniforms for security personnel.

  • Lead and supervise administrative staff, fire-fighting personnel, janitorial/sanitation/horticulture/guarding staff, and monitor drills.
  • Extend cooperation in implementing structural improvements and functional reorganization to achieve business strategy and organizational objectives.
  • Work closely with security and administrative staff to deliver timely security reports and address issues or queries.
  • Supervise traffic arrangements at the facility and conduct daily rounds to inspect logbooks at all gates and discuss findings with the Manager Admin Services & Security/Plant Manager.
  • Represent the Security and Administration department on various platforms and act as a liaison to promote company values at the site.
Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Initiative: Provide leadership and supervision to administrative staff, fire-fighting personnel, janitorial/sanitation/horticulture/guarding staff, and oversee drills.
  2. Organizational Effectiveness & Development: Collaborate with Security and Administration staff to implement process improvements and contribute to achieving business goals and objectives.
  3. Security Operations: Work with Security and Administration staff to deliver timely security reports and resolve issues or queries.
  4. Administrative Control & Affairs: Oversee traffic arrangements at the facility and conduct regular inspections of logbooks at all gates.
  5. Cultural Transformation: Represent the Security and Administration department on various platforms and promote company values at the site.
Requirements
  • Degree: F.A preferable Graduate.
  • Work experience: Ex-Army or Police Officer as Commanding Officer.
  • English fluency, both written and spoken.
