Job Description

This role involves overseeing sales activities in assigned territories, developing product strategies, and building strong relationships with distributors, freight forwarders, and international partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product registration plans for assigned territories and countries.
  • Cultivate business relationships with distributors, technical teams, and international partners to drive growth.
  • Create and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets in assigned territories.
  • Analyze market trends, identify new pricing opportunities, and propose new products or line extensions as needed.
  • Prioritize and manage annual sales budgets and forecasts to meet company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to credit and trading.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to design and disseminate various marketing materials and communications.
  • Experience in customer relationship management, PR, and branding at events.
Working in This Role

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop promotional tools and campaigns that meet local market requirements. You will also be responsible for coordinating export sales activities, including preparing shipping documents for customers.
