Sales Growth Professional

This role requires a results-driven sales professional who can drive business growth and achieve sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales plans to drive business growth.
  2. Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
  3. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement.
  4. Incentive Packages: Recommend incentive packages for sales teams based on their performance.
  5. Credit Recovery: Ensure timely recovery of credits within the allocated timeframe.
