We are looking for an accomplished Account Executive who can drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. This individual will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed business targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective sales plans that align with business objectives, leveraging market research and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Capture new business opportunities by converting leads from diverse sources, including inbound, outbound, and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, delivering tailored product demonstrations and navigating complex sales discussions to secure wins.
- Prioritize and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels and driving repeat business through consistent communication and support.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and market trends, applying insights to optimize sales strategies and drive business expansion.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional features and services, streamlining renewal processes and fostering ongoing client engagement to maximize long-term value.
- Develop and execute targeted client growth strategies to mitigate risks, enhance client value, and propel business growth.
