Quality Assurance Manager

Promoting the value of quality management and information security, our organization leads process improvement initiatives to ensure alignment between projects, business, and customer priorities through effective process tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We design, implement, operate, and maintain ISMS based on ISO/IEC 27000 & ISO 9001 series standards.
  • Our team serves as facilitators for quality management and information security management.
  • We prepare and authorize implementation of necessary information security policies, quality management processes, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Conducting compliance monitoring and improvement activities ensures adherence to internal security policies and applicable laws and regulations.
  • We develop and implement information security awareness, training, and educational activities.

Internal and external audit working, non-conformance reporting, and follow-up activities are performed in accordance with international standards (ISO 9001 & ISO 27001). Assisting team members in conducting floor audits and portal adaptability audits is also a responsibility. Ad-hoc tasks related to compliance and audit within the company are managed by us.

Job Requirements:
  • Graduate degree or equivalent qualifications are required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in implementing and maintaining ISO standards like ISMS, QMS, OHSAS, etc., including their maintenance.
  • Experience as an internal auditor and knowledge of BPO will be preferred.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written) are essential.
  • Excellent analytical skills are required.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts is a must.
  • Teamwork is encouraged.
