We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the quality evaluation and reporting of software projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the quality of all software releases adhering to product standards.
  • Assign tasks to QA engineers based on software priority set by the Product Manager.
  • Perform quality assurance tests using automation tools.
  • Ensure quality for released and new products.
  • Verify that products meet functionality requirements and comply with SRS/FS.
  • Guarantee user-friendly products for end-users.
  • Ensure setup and configuration processes are user-friendly.
  • Verify manuals align with released products and follow features, installation, and troubleshooting steps defined in the manuals.
  • Prepare and sign test reports with the Product Manager.
  • Develop and implement QA standards to minimize QA cycles.
  • Provide product training to operations, sales, and technical writers.
  • Maintain release compliance with project plans.
  • Analyze domain knowledge/business logic and create functional test cases with the Product Manager/Project Manager.
  • Report bugs, enhancements, and verify them for delivery and categorize bugs by significance.
  • Verify projects and patches received and acquire next iteration dates from the Project Manager.
  • Address client/operations/stakeholder-reported issues/operational problems.
  • Test deployment packages for fresh installations and upgrades.
