Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Horeca Brand Manager. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy for Horeca products, with the aim of building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and growing market share.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Brand Strategy: The successful candidate will develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive brand strategy for Horeca products, aligned with our overall business objectives.
- Track and Monitor Performance: They will track and monitor the performance of Horeca products, including monitoring product performance against customers and identifying opportunities for improvements.
- Analyze Market Trends: The candidate will analyze market trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation across Horeca/Food Services.
- Develop Brand Plans: They will develop and execute brand plans for Horeca, including developing positioning, messaging, and marketing activities that effectively communicate the value proposition to the target audience.
- Pricing Strategy: The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop the pricing strategy for all products sold to Horeca.
- Marketing Budget Management: They will manage the Horeca marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to achieve the desired business outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products or enhance existing products aligned with the overall strategy for Horeca.
- Visual Elements Development: They will define and develop visual elements, including logo, packaging, and design, to ensure consistency and recognition in the market of our Horeca range.
- Marketing Campaigns Execution: The candidate will collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities that increase brand awareness and drive sales across the Horeca market.
- Sales Support: They will work closely with Sales teams to provide tools and resources for effective selling of Horeca products, such as sales materials, training, and incentives.
- Strategy Alignment: The candidate will collaborate with departments like QIRD, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure strategy alignment and coordination.
- KPI Monitoring and Reporting: They will monitor, track, and report on KPIs for Horeca and prepare regular management reports on product performance.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: The candidate will maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
