Job Title: Cafe Manager

About the Role:

The Cafe Manager is a pivotal position that requires exceptional leadership and operational skills. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the cafe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of shift supervisors and baristas, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in the cafe.
  • Manage cash handling procedures, including voids and cash handling mistakes.
  • Ensure end-of-shift reconciliation of cash and register records.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior management role in a fast-paced cafe environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
