Senior Optimization Engineer Opportunity

Job Summary:

A skilled Senior Optimization Engineer is sought after to ensure the optimal performance of our radio network. The successful candidate will analyze drive test reports and provide technical support to regional managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure all Radio Network KPIs meet predefined targets based on BSS Statistics and Drive Test coverage analysis.
  2. Prepare technical responses to queries/issues from regional Radio Network Optimization/Planning.
  3. Coordinate, review, and analyze drive test reports and data collected by Huawei or their subcontractors.
  4. Provide RNO support to Regional Managers during technical meetings.
  5. Propose and implement RNO guidelines and produce/present regional RNO reporting (QoS, DT reports).
  6. Perform regional BSS feature and parameter analysis and tuning.
  7. Provide all possible support on re-homing/cutover and upgrade activities.
  8. Conduct cluster optimization activity and routine troubleshooting & network maintenance.
  9. Submit final cluster report and obtain approval.
  10. Manage clusters and corresponding engineers.
  11. Coordinate team-level support for smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Information Technology background.
  • Strong knowledge of BSS features and parameters.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
