Job Description

The role of Executive IT – BSS Planning and Implementation is a key position within the organization, responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Business Support System (BSS) solutions. The incumbent will work on next-generation OCS/CRM platforms to handle and mature core applications and enterprise-level solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, effective people management skills, and vendor management skills. They will also be result-oriented, with good time management skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include reviewing the current technology stack, planning the timely integration of new technical layers in line with business directions, and providing transparent and accurate project status to management.

The selected individual will be responsible for end-to-end solution delivery, product design, and development of BSS applications. They will assess the business value of new features and technologies, coordinate commercial, technical, and vendor teams, and carry out risk assessment.

Furthermore, they will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to translate and simplify requirements, manage them efficiently, and perform assigned duties diligently and conscientiously.
