
Call Center Supervisor

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Team Leader to join our team. As a Call Center Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they meet performance targets and provide excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities will include mentoring, coaching, and supporting agents to achieve their full potential, as well as reporting to the Director of Operations on team performance. You will also be responsible for resolving escalated customer issues, ensuring operational efficiency, and identifying areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a strong focus on customer service and team development. You will also need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex customer issues and coach team members effectively.
The Call Center Team Leader will work closely with the management team to implement solutions and optimize workflows. They will also be responsible for generating and presenting regular performance reports to highlight key metrics, challenges, and achievements.
