National Sales Manager to work for American Call Center

Call Center International, LLC is a successful international telemarketing company that specializes in both inbound and outbound sales and marketing with a direct focus on multilingual telemarketing solutions tailored to client-company needs.

OUR PLANS:
Create the world's largest Ethnic Inbound Outbound Call Center.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A driven, dedicated person aged 26-34 with telemarketing or sales/management experience who is interested in starting and growing the world's largest Ethnic Call Center with our help. This person will hold the position of National Manager, initially working from India, and will be responsible for building the national network of regional supervisors, group leaders, and At-Home Agents.

Job description:

  1. Organize the corporate structure.
  2. Hire 12 Regional Supervisors across the country.
  3. Recruit, train, and test the 12 Regional Supervisors.
  4. Organize trainings and meetings with supervisors.
  5. Constantly monitor and test the management structure.
  6. Organize weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly conventions with agents and management.
INCOME OPPORTUNITY:
We will pay you a $2000 monthly salary plus a management commission for each confirmed sale generated by your telemarketers. You have control over your schedule, the number of telemarketers you can hire, and your income potential

Job Specification

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field desired; Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience required.
  • Sales experience is a must - preferably in the Telecommunications industry.
  • 2-5 years management or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required.
  • Computer and internet-savvy.
  • Excellent planning, development, and organizational skills.
Position Requirements:
  • Must have own transportation and ability to travel throughout the country.
  • Personal laptop with wireless/air card for internet connection is required.
  • Cellular/Mobile phone required.
