Marketing Manager Job Description

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct semi-annual market research on brand positioning and tracking, presenting findings to top management.
  2. Perform competitor analysis on brand activities and pricing strategies, reporting results to management for decision-making purposes.
  3. Develop yearly marketing plans aligned with the organization's business strategy.
  4. Collaborate with top management to create brand elements based on brand element selection criteria.
  5. Serve as liaison between the company and creative organizations during IMC campaigns, providing creative ideas for ad designing.
  6. Oversee electronic marketing efforts, including website design, maintenance, email marketing, and Facebook presence.
  7. Represent the brand at commercial and cultural events.
  8. Design and conduct brand promotion activities during off-seasons.
  9. Plan quarterly customer service training seminars for retail outlet staff.
  10. Conduct mystery shopping activities, preparing reports of feedback and taking actions accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong marketing skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
