is looking for a dynamic
Senior Marketing Specialist
with proven expertise in
Digital Marketing, ATL, BTL, and Graphic Design
to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement 360° marketing strategies (ATL, BTL, Digital).
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Drive SEO, SEM, PPC, and social-media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
  • Analyse campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and optimise ROI.
  • Manage paid and organic campaigns, influencer collaborations, and content calendars.
  • Brand & Creative
  • Oversee brand positioning, identity, and storytelling across platforms.
  • Design/coordinate high-quality visuals: logos, layouts, brochures, digital ads, OOH, packaging, and motion graphics.
  • Support marketing communications with strong graphic design skills.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with management, sales, and external agencies/vendors.
  • Supervise and mentor junior designers/marketers.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years' professional experience in marketing (agency or in-house), with hands-on experience in digital campaigns and brand strategy.
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Analytics, SEO tools).
  • Strong grasp of ATL & BTL campaigns (TV, radio, print, events, activations).
  • Skilled in Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, with a reliable home workstation and internet.
  • Willing to commute to Lahore twice weekly for in-person meetings.
