Job Description:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive automation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
2. Conduct thorough assessments and analysis to identify areas and processes suitable for automation, leveraging expertise in technical specifications and user guides.
3. Design and develop automation solutions using relevant tools and technologies, such as Python, Java, and cloud platforms, to streamline processes and improve productivity.
4. Implement rigorous testing and validation of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability, identifying quality issues and bugs in service, development, and business processes.
5. Deploy automation solutions and integrate them with existing systems and processes, ensuring ongoing maintenance and support to end-users and team members.

• Design and implement QA quality tests using scripts that automatically test system operation, ensuring compliance and security standards.
• Foster collaboration with other business departments to understand how automation can improve a company's productivity, creating effective communication channels and documentation.
