Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in brand management and deep technical knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads. This role requires someone who understands how to build a brand online, run full-funnel campaigns, and consistently deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking full ownership of the brand's digital presence, managing both organic and paid promotional strategies across platforms.
  • Planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing ad campaigns on Facebook and Google to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Developing and implementing organic growth strategies including content planning, SEO coordination, and community engagement to build long-term brand equity.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and positioning across all digital touchpoints, from ad creatives to social media content.
  • Collaborating closely with creative and content teams to ensure unified brand messaging and storytelling.
  • Continuously analyzing campaign performance, identifying opportunities, and applying insights to optimize both paid and organic efforts.
  • Maintaining a cutting-edge brand presence by monitoring industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
  • Preparing performance reports and presenting key insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
Requirements

This role requires the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in managing both paid media (Facebook & Google Ads) and organic brand growth strategies.
  • A deep understanding of brand management, including tone of voice, audience engagement, and digital storytelling.
  • Strong grasp of organic content strategies, including SEO basics, social media growth tactics, and content planning.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling paid ad campaigns with clear KPIs like ROAS, CAC, and CTR improvements.
  • Proficient with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and basic SEO tools.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights for both paid and organic channels.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across creative, content, and strategy teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple brand campaigns and timelines.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of owning the full digital presence of a brand independently.
