About the Role:

Requirements

  1. Define and execute the overall brand strategy to enhance market positioning and brand equity.
  2. Oversee the creation, launch, and management of new brands and products.
  3. Lead the planning and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, and PR).
  4. Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all advertising, promotions, and communications.
  5. Collaborate with the Lead creative operation team to develop all marketing collaterals and activities.
  6. Define KPIs and brand performance metrics to track success and ROI.
  7. Oversee the budgeting and allocation of brand marketing expenses.
  8. Ensure brand compliance and governance across all business units and regions.
  9. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Product Development, and Digital Marketing to drive seamless brand alignment.
  10. In charge of fostering a healthy working culture for the brands team.
  11. Responsible for hiring and managing talent for the team.

Qualifications/Skills

  1. Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Brand Management.
  2. 8 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in FMCG, Retail, Tech, or Hospitality.
  3. Proven track record of building and scaling brands successfully.
  4. Strong brand storytelling and strategic thinking.
  5. Expertise in digital marketing, PR, and campaign execution.
  6. Analytical mindset with experience in consumer research and performance tracking.
  7. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive innovation.

Experience: 8+ years

Working Days & Timings: Monday to Friday (Flexible Hours)

Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi
