Key Financial and Administrative Role

A skilled administrator is required to oversee key financial and administrative tasks in a leading exporting company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate stock records on a daily basis, providing up-to-date information for informed business decisions.
  • Prepare comprehensive weekly stock reports, highlighting any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  • Ensure seamless cash and petty cash management, including disbursement and reconciliation processes.
  • Collaborate with senior accountants to review expenses and payroll records, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements.
  • Assist with other related tasks as assigned by the accounts manager or senior accountant, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
