We are looking for a results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Ensure that sales orders are accurately processed and delivered on time.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with report preparation, schedule management, and customer record maintenance.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain the sales database with customer and sales data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Report Generation: Prepare and distribute regular sales reports, including sales performance, order status, and client feedback.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Coordination: Support the sales team in meetings, presentations, and other activities to help them achieve sales goals.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales coordination or support role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Other: Familiarity with ERP systems is required.
