Job Description:

As a Sales Coordinator at Collab BPO, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide top-notch sales support to our Canadian clients. You will work closely with our sales team and customers to ensure seamless communication and effective coordination. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Communicate with Canadian customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance to enhance their experience.
  2. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the sales process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales orders and documentation.
  3. Coordination: Act as a bridge between customers and the sales team, managing inquiries, requests, and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  4. Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other relevant information to support sales activities.
  5. Reporting: Generate sales reports and provide insights to support sales strategies and decision-making.
  6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all customer interactions meet our quality standards and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is a plus.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  4. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and CRM software.
  6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  8. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
