Job Description

This leadership position involves managing daily team operations, fostering collaboration across teams, and monitoring progress against set responsibilities and metrics. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for understanding the SMB sales market in the US thoroughly, achieving annual targets, and driving year-over-year growth within assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and hunt for new business opportunities, identifying potential customers and developing effective strategies to engage them.
  • Collaborate with global teams to expand business, leveraging cross-functional partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage daily issues related to team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.

You will also be responsible for preparing monthly forecasts, utilizing organizational tools to increase customer base through new customer acquisition, and celebrating wins while fostering accountability for underperforming team members.

Administrative Responsibilities
  • Manage holiday and annual leave coverage, ensuring seamless continuity of operations.
  • Resolve procurement and service sales issues with division leadership, maintaining open lines of communication to address challenges.
  • Ensure AEs receive proper support and training, enabling them to perform at their best.

The ideal candidate will have strong reporting capabilities, QBS-based selling skills, and a proven track record of revenue and GP growth. They will lead the team to achieve 100%+ of assigned annual goals, expanding the customer base through acquisitions with recurring revenue.
