The Director Finance position at Ingredion Incorporated requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can drive our company's financial health and growth.

As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that support our business objectives. This includes ensuring compliance with all financial regulations, maintaining strong relationships with investors and auditors, and overseeing the audit process.

You will also be responsible for:

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

  1. Developing long-term financial plans that align with our company goals and objectives.
  2. Leading the budgeting process, including annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  3. Conducting financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Overseeing the preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements.

Treasury Management:

  1. Optimizing cash management to meet operational needs.
  2. Managing banking relationships to secure favorable terms.

  2. Evaluating customer creditworthiness and setting credit limits.
  3. Overseeing collections to ensure timely recovery of receivables.
  4. Identifying and assessing financial risks.
  5. Implementing strategies to mitigate financial risks.
  6. Overseeing insurance programs to ensure adequate coverage.

Audit:

  1. Overseeing the audit process.
  2. Ensuring effective internal controls.
  3. Monitoring regulatory compliance.
  4. Working with the Audit Committee to address findings.

Financial Operations:

  1. Managing accounting functions.
  2. Implementing and maintaining financial systems.

Strategic Advisory:

  1. Collaborating with departments to provide financial insights.
  2. Evaluating strategic investments.
  3. Monitoring financial performance and providing recommendations.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Mandatory Requirements:

  1. Minimum 12-15 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  2. Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
  3. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  4. Proven ability to drive financial performance and achieve strategic goals.
  5. Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
