Front Desk Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for efficiently managing front office operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests, and maintaining the smooth functioning of daily office activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls effectively.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized at all times.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries promptly.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain appointment calendars with accuracy.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or hospitality.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in front desk or receptionist duties.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
