About the Role
This position is responsible for supporting the team's administrative needs, including tasks related to organization and communication. The successful candidate will have experience working with financial and operational reporting systems, and will be able to maintain accurate records and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain financial and operational reporting systems, including spreadsheets and other associated software.
- Prepare reports that are used to monitor and track operational and financial performance.
- Support the implementation of new policies and procedures to enhance business operations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or financial role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software and other associated tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
