Job Title: Technical Project Manager

A key member of our project team will provide expert guidance and oversight on technical projects from inception to delivery. Their focus is on ensuring successful project outcomes by adhering to set standards, budget, and timelines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will oversee entire project execution with top-down supervision to guarantee success according to predetermined scope, cost, and time constraints.
  • They will create comprehensive project plans that align client needs with company objectives and coordinate diverse teams during all phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Regularly monitoring project progress and providing detailed scheduled reports on measurable milestones and deliverables.
  • Effective communication with involved personnel to foster a productive environment, identify problems, devise solutions, and implement improvements.
  • Analyzing the economic viability of project plans and offering actionable feedback regarding cost-effectiveness and return-on-investment standards.
  • Evaluating proposed modifications to project plans, including meetings with stakeholders to approve and implement beneficial changes.
  • Overseeing analysis, design, and development of mobile and web application projects.
  • Implementing Agile methodologies to ensure quality project delivery within allocated timelines.
  • Fostering a high-performing team of software developers, SQAs, and designers.
  • Anticipating future project details by engaging directly with customers and staying informed of relevant industry trends and news.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in software development, with 3-4 years in a Project/Development Manager/Lead capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience of implementing at least one Agile Framework.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology department.
  • Experience working in an offshore software development environment.
  • Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional Project Management Certification is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
