Job Description:

As a Strategic Business Development Leader at SupportFinity™, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through innovative strategies and partnerships.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the Staff Augmentation or HR Services industry.
  • Strong network and experience in the US market are essential for this position.
  • A minimum of 9+ years of experience in business development or a related field is required.
  • You will lead and mentor a high-performing Business Development team, setting clear goals and driving performance.
  • Your expertise in CRM tools, business intelligence platforms, and social media marketing will be crucial in developing and executing a strategic business development plan.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to acquire new clients, focusing on Staff Augmentation and HR Services in the US market.
  2. Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities, leveraging existing industry connections and market insights.
  3. Form, lead, and mentor a high-performing Business Development team, setting clear goals and driving performance.
  4. Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and maintain strong relationships for long-term engagement.
  5. Work closely with operations, recruitment, and HR teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  6. Enhance MIWs brand presence on social media platforms and industry events, establishing thought leadership.
  7. Identify and build strategic partnerships to expand MIWs reach and offerings in the global market.
  8. Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine MIWs service offerings and BD strategies.
  9. Set revenue goals, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
